guys what do i do?? (cat birth)

my cat mrs norris is going to labor. she peed everywhere in the kitchen, and she's licking her private a lot. she's also more vocal. is she actually in labor, or am i crazy? if she is in labor, how can i help? i would ask my mom for help, but she isn't much help at all. she isn't even caling down my anxiety, so what the hell do i do?
