sleep schedule so bad

tommorrow classes starts at 7am and i have to get up an hour early so i get ready and commute but currently i always sleep around 7 or 8am then i wake up around 1-2pm. if i sleep around 10-11pm i always wake up around 2-3am after i wake up i cant sleep again, lmao highkey need advice cause i might explode from this
