Windows XP computer setup (It's usable)

Made my modern (boring) computer into the Windows XP! The start up and taskbar works and got the Windows XP theme browser on Firefox. I don't know if it's on google chrome or any other browser. Might switch to Windows 7 but can't find a good browser theme. There are some themes but it costs about 20$ and it's probably the same with Windows 7
