This is geniuenly the most irritated i've been. YES, "grammar police" exists and IS importants, cause you people are DEVOLVING.
Ofcourse Im not talking about people who have dyslexia or dysgraphia, but geniuenly people are forgetting how to fucking write. WAY too many spelling and grammar mistakes that are not being taken seriously because have stopped caring about being educated. I don't know how being uneducated has been so normalised, not caring about your speech and expression.
We are too comfortable being comfortable. We know education takes time and energy, that's why we avoid it. Are we serious people? Why are okay with confusing "your" and "you're"? You lose your shit when someone corrects you cause you know it IS that deep.
on that note, we can't all be dyslexic twins. If you're not diagnosed then pick up the damn pen and start spelling.

Thisss. I always try to write correctly but end up feeling old af for it, and end up using slang and stuff. Sometimes though Im like "How is it possible that I can write and spell better than NATIVE speakers??" Like, I rlly don't get it.

I couldn’t agree more with you. Nowadays it seems that people have left the habit of improving their skills refered to writing. What a shame.
