Someone's dumping trash in the Fremont parking lot and it's attracting every seagull in the bay. Anyone have any idea who this? Called the cops but they didn't do s҉h҉1҉t҉. The seagulls are getting aggressive with shoppers and keeping them of hte store. Ideas???? HELP
