my bf of two years broke up with me

Everyone in my family is either married or has a relationship it feels like a struggle to find the right person. The thing that makes things harder is being asexual. I don't want to rush getting back into a relationship, but I definitely want to see what's out there when I'm ready. My ex claimed that we would be best friends after this, but we haven't talked at all since the breakup except for the one day he had a fight with his mom and wanted to hang out with me. Every ex that has claimed they would be friends with me afterwatds ended up only talking to me because they still had feelings for me or they wanted to talk to me because they were desperate for someone to talk to.

If my schooi weren't strict with hair color I would color my hair something crazy or have a makeup artist do my makeup and have a really cute and sexy photoshoot so I can get back into feeling good about myself again.
