Alternative and posers

Why do people get so suprised when a lot of people in alternative community buy from fast fashion. I personally do not support fast fashion nor buy it i usually thrift all my clothes unless i have gift cards at places such as h&m ect. But people need to stop thinking alternative itself is a style beacuse its not its an umbrella.

A big example of this is gyaru. Gyaru is a style under the alternative umbrella but it have been built up on bying from fast fashion. Today a lot of gyarus do thrift as they know how bad fast fashion is. But theres no need to be suprised if people from aternative styles that isnt built up on political beliefs shop from fast fashion.
