The amazing world of 4:3

I don't know what it is about 4:3 aspect ratio, it's just perfect. Not too wide, not too long. Just good. I was recently re-introduced to it via Pinkpantheress' music video "Girl like me", that has that nostalgic 4:3 aspect ratio.

For me it reminds of a simpler time. Playing games on the family computer or just watching cartoons from the TV. 

A youtuber "MattKC" recently tried building his dream monitor, and succeeded. By coincidence that monitors aspect ratio is 4:3. It's sad, that there aren't mass produced 4:3 monitors. There is also a lack of media in the form of 4:3, since everyone has transitioned over to widescreen like 2 decades ago.

This was quite of a short, maybe a little nostalgia blinded post, but it's still something.
