MAKING FRIENDS IS HARD

HOW DO I MAKE FRIENDSSSS

i am SO antisocial and i really wanna be friends with cool people but im so scared because social anxiety. also, its really really hard to find cool alt people to be friends with. its super scary because i dont know do i just walk up to somone and ask "do we become friends"?? pls help!! :DD
