first diary entry

June 1st 2026

This weekend I had a lot of fun.

On Friday I hung out with one of my best friends and my boyfriend, we watched inception and ate pizza in his garage.

On Saturday I tidied my closet which I had been putting off for a long time because I've had no motivation. I have been feeling like it's unnecessary because we're moving in about 25 days and I'll have to tidy then anyway, and I'll have a much bigger room which I'm looking forward to. My current room is the size of a prison cell. 

After tidying up I ate dinner, no breakfast because I woke up at 2pm, and then I got ready to go to a birthday party, I spent about 2 hours getting ready and finding an outfit, and then my boyfriend and I had an argument because he didn't buy smirnoff in time before they closed the alc section of the store, but it was honestly fine and an overreaction on my part. We went to the party anyway and got drinks from our friends. I met some people I hadn't talked to in a long time and it was great. A while after all of us walked down to the city centre which was a 15 min walk through a park and down a shitload of stairs, and then we ate Mcdonalds. there were a bunch of people in the city because there was some kind of garden-concert going on. We all came back to the house right before midnight and we sat on the patio and chatted together under the full moon. I slept over at the host (birthday girl)'s house but I had a restless night tucked between her and my other friend on a double bed. My boyfriend slept over as well but on the couch.

Sunday morning I woke up at 9am and couldn't really go back to sleep. I wasn't as hung over as I thought I'd be, but I had a stuffed nose and a headache. We started the day in the sun on the patio, it was really warm and barely any wind, so we decided to go to a beach after cleaning up the mess from the night before. I borrowed a bikini and we went to a beach that my friend (the host) called her "hidden gem" it was a really pretty small beach surrounded by rocks and a forest. We were dropped off by my other friend's father and walked through a forest path, we didn't swim much as the water was still hella cold but it was a nice way to sort of celebrate the start of the summer. afterwards we were picked up and I went home. My family wasn't home so I had the house to myself until about 8pm. I showered, changed and made myself a pizza before sitting down to watch perfect blue. 

and today I haven't done much, I'm done with school in 20 minutes (finally), and I'll go home to nap or something because I have work after school tomorrow and I don't get home before late then so I'll need to rest.
