SpaceHey pfps issue

So i've been trying to change my pfp on my account multiple times but it never works and just shows the default pfp for SpaceHey. I have tried logging out and logging back in, checking that the file is correct, etc. I still don't know why it won't show my pfp for either MY PHONE NOR MY COMPUTER! If ya'll have any tips on how to fix this...PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF THE GODS LET ME KNOW! I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE RIGHT?! RIGHT???????
