Helping me out with my final exams

I’m clocked

So basically i have bac this year (final exams) and idk how to study by my self like is there even a solution how to do study alone or the like the method HOW TO UNDERSTAND MATHS OMFG!!

And without even talking about physics i feel like it’s Chinese or smtn its like the thing that written in ponigelif in one piece dawg i ain’t understanding that mors code 

So pls if u have tips how to study math and physics i’ll be grateful to know how bcs it’s still js 8 days for my final exam :)))
