be unfat or whatever

erm

yeah so ive been thinking about this for a while and i wrote a bulletin about it that no one paid attention to but its ok

theres this self love influencer that i ADORE. her names Rikki, she stands up for women against ugly shitty men with no balls and responds to hate comments like 'cunts like u dont deserve a phone' while unboxing an iphone 17

cuz shes tuff like that. anyways she had posted a video a WHILE ago and it still bothers me to this day. its all about being grateful, and dont get me wrong, im extremely grateful for everything i have and i think everyone should too! but i also think that you should also be able to love yourself.

let me explain. whenever i talk about losing weight, becoming taller, more popular, or getting better grades even tho im burnt out, someone says, 'no dont donthat, youre perfect the way you are' or smth

and honestly, fair, i believe everyone is perfect

but if you feel like theres something about you or your body that YOU do not like, then theres no shame in changing it.

i personally dont rly like being short, ive been bullied all my life for being short, and i would like to change that, and become a better version of myself, but when i talk about it everyone says that its ok being short

but frfr why wasnt it ok when i was 10 years old and bawling my eyes out for being too short according to my own family.

plus, its not like im changing myself for others, im changing myself because i wanna feel more confident in myself, instead of being insecure for the rest of my life

and personally i feel like if you have smth that bothers you in your body or even your actions its okay to change it

its YOUR body

no one else has a say in this

are you 'fat' and would like to stay that way? still stunning to me

are you 'too skinny' and would like to gain weight? go ahead?

youre 'too fat' and youd like to lose weight? no probs, i could help with the process, as long as youre staying healthy

this is the mindset that ive been setting for myself the past year or so

you shouldnt change yourself just because someone else found you unattractive. who gives a fuck? as long as you love yourself, the right people will love you xx

My way of saying things is more "I like the way you are personally but it's fine if you want to change yourself"

Omg ikr people should normalize not saying that. Self love should also be about changing and not just 'who you are'. It should also be about asking for more, disliking something about yourself but just not the extent it ends up hurting you.
