summer week 1

this week marked the beginning of my summer break! im so glad that i dont have to go to that school until August...i HATE it there! well i guess i dont HATE it completely, but it has drained me so much. waking up early...schoolwork...my french class, it's all just bleh. now i can FINALLY rest and focus on myself and my hobbies. im proud of myself though because i got good grades on ALL my finals! that's kinda insane to me because i genuinely started losing so much of my motivation and began procrastinating WAY more especially in the last few months of school. but somehow i pulled through. that ability better stay with me throughout the rest of my school career. especialy since next year ill be in an AP class...holy cannoli bruh...

anyways, this summer is going to be the BEST summer. i have so much to look forward to. 

1. im moving houses soon, so ill be closer to my school (no more waking up at 5 am to get ready for school! i should proud of myself for not going insane in the process. sort of), and closer to literally ALL my friends. and i'll be in a better neighborhood overall. 

2. my birthday is in july! i dunno what ill do for my birthday yet though. 

3. i have my summer church camp in a few weeks! i had sm fun there last year, so im excited for this year 

4. one of the things i was looking forward i actually did this weekend! my grandparents took me and my siblings for a staycation in one of nearby cities to this resort and we basically just swam for the whole afternoon yesterday and morning today. it was so fun though because i LOVE going to the pool. yesterday we had to get out at some point because there was lightning. once we got inside it started storming outside, but then once the rain stopped the sky was SO pretty. i took some photos of it with my camera.
