My parents pointed it out that I’m just non stop shaking for a whole month straight and I have a low attention span (Which I’ve noticed) I can’t look at an object for a long period of time but I think it’s just me being nervous but I dunno about the whole shaky thing because even when I’m comfy I’m just shaking constantly???

Even without drinking any caffeinated drinks for a whole day it still happens so I’m not sure if that’s the reason cuz Ive never been shaking and I take atleast 500-300mg of caffiene per day but then again it can just be because of how anxious I am

I can almost bet it's because of the anxiety. My legs start shaking whenever I'm stressed or focused on my moves too much to the point I can't walk properly. That does not happen too often since I usually drift away with music, but when it does, I just take a moment to calm down, take a few breaths and it stops (and I can walk again yay). I could recommend you finding something that makes you calm and thinking about it when you feel the anxiety. Hope I could help!
