I've been hit by two despicable kinds of illness this week — the common cold, and senioritis. I cannot seem to get anything done for the life of me. It's as if there is something in my brain blocking me from being productive, and getting my work done. I graduate in exactly 30 days.

Beyond the usual omnipresent worry, and persistent sickness, this monday has been satisfactory. I allowed myself a day to rest at home, and I've gotten quite a lot done. I watched the full film of White Oleander (I read the book last year and it was phenomenal), I took a delightful nap, I got a slight bit of homework finished, and spent some quality time with my dog.

If only all days could be like this one.
