Ah yes, Quarantine

Sooner or later, I had to get sick with COVID-19. Well shit, here I am, 4 Days into the Quarantine and I feel a lot better than Yesterday. I'm pretty sure I got it from school, in which we do test ourselves but, and here comes the fun part, the test we used in the school didn't react.

In the First week after the Christmas Break, everyone except the students with the 3d Vaccine had to test daily, and so did I (I have the third Vaccine already, but i wanted to be safe).  Now I started to have a sore throat on Wednesday, but my Tests were negative, so I thought it must be because of the Temperatures in general. The Weekend comes around and me and my Family drive to a shopping mall, buy some stuff and have a great time. In the meantime, my sore throat got worse, and my Ears started to hurt when swallowing. Not being comfortable with that, we passed through a Testing Station near my Hometown and I got tested(Keep in mind, all the tests I mentioned were Rapid-Antigen-Tests). Twenty minutes later I get an email saying I was negative again, Nice!

Sunday passes, I get headaches and a runny nose in addition to the other symptoms, which meant taking a trip to the Doc the next morning. And so I did.

The Doctor did a PCR-Test (the ones that get send to a Lab) and gave me a prescription for some Painkillers. Monday passes, I'm sick and tired. It's Tuesday and I received my Test result in the Evening, and surprise surprise, I'm Positive for Sars-CoV-2, great!

On Wednesday Morning, I get up, wearing a FFP2 mask when not in my room, now having a terrible cough too. And for the fun of it, I decide to do a rapid -test once again with the ones we got at home, it came back negative too. Now funnily enough, those were the same Rapid-Antigen-Tests we used IN SCHOOL!?!

So yeah, now It's Thursday, I'm sitting in my Room writing this and feeling better than yesterday, also my Family has also tested negative with a PCR test yesterday, which makes me very happy. I still got some Schoolwork to do now, but it's not a lot, I figure.

I want to end this on a happy note, and I want to encourage everyone who isn't fully vaccinated yet, to please get the shot as soon as they can! We'll get trough this together as a society!

Please take care of yourself and your loved ones, wear a mask and stay safe! :)
