the difference between love triangles and love corners.

i'm tired of people thinking that love triangles and love corners are the same thing.

Love triangles:

Person 1 loves person 2 who loves person 3 who loves person 1. 

Love triangles do not exist without at least one queer person.

Love corner:

Person 1 and person 2 both love person 3.

Usually straight. Constantly marketed as a love triangle even though it isn't.

(I posted this specifically because i saw someone saying that the movie electric dreams was a love triangle. Like no. it's a love corner. it's Edgar and Miles in love with Madeline. it would only be a love triangle if it was smth like uh Edgar loving miles who loves madeline who loves edgar or vice versa or verce visa or smth idk.)
