ranting about jtk reboot :>

the jtk reboot is a revamped version of the original and make jeff a fucking great character with somewhat of a heart  in the original and revamp jeff is a teen who moved to a new town with his parents and brother, liu. he meets these dickhead kids i think just in the street when in reboot the kids were fucking around with jeff and lius bikes outside a video store, they tussle like in the og. one of the good changes was when instead of a birthday party jeff has to go to he just goes to randy (one of the kids) house instead of the kids going to the party to fight. jeff gets comfy with him before he and his friends go to mess with him the accidentally shoot him with randys dads flare gun. this means he doesnt just openly kill the boys in some childs house bathroom or smthn like that. another thing that happens was instead of inflicting the smile cuts on himself and his eyelids getting burnt off his scarring creates that. as well as the reasoning he does end up killing his parents is because of their opinions on him and their close mindedness towards his features, caring little about his health. also the shot made him blind in one eye where the scar is most prominent. again also jeff saw himself before he went home in this version. knowing how his parents felt and being so fed up with their ignorance and straight up neglect, he kills them the night they get home. the best part about the revamp is the fact he doesnt kill his brother and best friend liu. it was weird he killed him since he obviously cared and loved him so much. all he did was tell him hes free before running away. anyways the reboot was like 99.9 percent better in my opinion
