Coldtown Updates #3

"There's a drumming noise inside my head."

I was roaming around the mansion, when I saw Alex go into Lilith’s room. I creeped up to the door and listened in on what was happening.
Apparently Lilith had a nightmare, and I slept through it.
I decided to keep roaming the mansion when I was convinced Lilith was safe.

I was like halfway down the hall when Alex came out of her room. He’s beside me in an instant. He tells me that it’s not safe for me to be roaming around here and that he’s trying to keep me safe by giving me my own room.
Which I think is STUPID. I need to ask to share a room with Lilith soon, mental note.

I tell him that I couldn’t sleep and he walks me down to the kitchen. He starts to make me tea, and tells me to go sit in the dining area.
Which is HUGE by the way. The table is one of those long medieval ass tables. It’s black wood and the chairs are genuinely majestic. The head of the table has a red gem in it, I assume Alex sits there.
So naturally I sat down there.

He comes in with chamomile tea and without looking at me tells me not to sit there and that I need to move.
So of course I’m teasing him and I’m like, “what is it YOUR seat?”
He looks at me and laughs a little. And then he’s like “fuck no it isn’t.”
So I get up, obviously, I don’t need to piss off a vampire. Yet.

After I finish my tea, Alex walks me back to my room.
I saw Chenille coming out of Lilith’s room, so I decided I’d talk to her about that today.
But yeah, that’s what happened last night.
