bello, oki so as a retired emo I can help u out a bit, layered and colourful hair is really helpful. Getting like shaggy deep bangs are good for scene hair and racoon stripes are so perfect.

But really, you just need really layered hair, straighten them upwards and use hair spray to keep the volume up (or use texture powder), and have your bangs layered to one side as well.
In terms of clothes, really, almost anything can be classifed as scene if you style them right, you gotta have a good eye at thrift shops and even just the mall, you would be surprised how many cute scene things you can find (I used to shop in the kids section for acessories)
Anyways, hope this helped :P

permanent marker. j/ (don't actually use permanent marker otherwise you might damage your hair, unless if you plan to get another haircut after they start breaking, just don't mark your scalp that's all that matters.)
