sometimes i want to be struck by lightning

I wonder if it would leave scars upon my skin,

what it would feel like to be buzzing with electricity.

I wonder if i would take it as a sign from god; 

as if he personally decided to smite me.

I walk outside during thunderstorms,

i crave the electrically charged air.
