Skateboarding O_o

Gjsjdocoskocov why is skateboarding so difficult! I've been trying to do ollies for a while now and I still can't get it! And you need to learn ollies before you learn the cooler stuff. I just don't get itttt... I walk around and skate around practicing, look ass while doing it, get called a poser, and fall down and get hurt. No one IRL wants to help me at skateparks. Any tips? Don't give up and don't listen to these losers! Learning ollies takes some time, I like whythetrick's and Sarah Park Mattot's tutorials... You can look into freestyle tricks to not get bored with working on olllies, they're great for board control and look insane

Good luck you'll get it someday! :3

First of all, we don't claim those that claim to be skaters and call people posers for trying. Don't listen to them. In terms of actually doing the ollie it mostly takes confidence that you build when actually riding for a while. If you've been riding for a bit, try slightly kicking the back of the board when hopping. If you're relatively new to riding, try to just ride around more to familiarize yourself with the feeling of skating. Try letting the board just take you down a hill, try pushing uphill, etc. And please get proper gear when starting out, you don't want to be unprotected if you fall.
