this platform contains 2 million users, 90 percent of them are bots that keep bombarding your bulletin board with ads that make you enter the site they proposed...
4 percent are at a proxy war with a copy of spacehey from another dimension that some ppl say was made by a pedo....
the owner of the site literally is probably also a bot
once u come in, you get friend requested by someone who found you randomly, theres no way to make real friends unless u press a browse button
a blog exploit was found that allowed people to press view multiple times to get their blog to the top (which wont be patched unfortuantely so you maybe wont see this blog)
the only good thing is that it allowed u to code ur own layout, but you cant flex on everyone with it bc YOU CANT SHARE IT
the 3 percent out of the 6 percent that are not at war with the other dimension spacehey havent checked on it in years
the other 2 percent are scammers
and the remaining 1 percent are people like you and me that can read and just want to find friends

I've only encountered one bot and I've been here for more than a year, but maybe that's just me. For the rest I don't have may problems with the site, but at the same time I don't use it much for like actual entertainment and more to have some quick fun.

You act exactly like subverters from competitor sites, complaining some dude's account was allowed to exist for a few hours before it got banned, therefore the sky has fallen, and this place is "unsafe". so for the bots you can always choose to be friends or not with them, bulletin are only shared with your friends

thirdly yes you can make friends here you juste have to interact with the site, post things, comment, use forum and groups
like personnaly i usually have maybe 10 friends request just by doing that
and even with browsing its way better than actual social media cause you have a list with all people that are connected right now etc unlike the others social media where you need to research friends with there username or name

so okay its maybe not fair but you can also use category to search what you want to consum (the whole point of here) and the blog exploit will be less strong
also its not possible to have a pesonnalized experience without cookies and its not what we want
fifthly yes you can share you layout thats what some people do on groups or just on blogs you just have to go the the right category and if you speak about the fact that the category layout is close that just mean youre not here since long enough to know why it was closed
