an ancient condescendance

Oh my sweet child, you have no idea how much luck and innocence you posses, enjoy the empathy and faith you have while you can. i know life is full of suffering and pain but please enjoy being human before you turn into something so awful and disgusting that you'd be unable to accept it as your identity, to associate with something you knew as yourself. humans may be ashamed of their greed and cruelty but at least they're capable of shame, guilt, self loathing, regret and sympathy. after losing such things you are no longer a person, you are something either beyond or under, you can never know what you could embody until you become it. you will miss your pain , you will desire that burning guilt and blood pumping lust, you don't know how much you appreciate that degradation until you lose it. your belief may change you: nihilism or passion, religion or god itself! it doesn't matter how 'right' your beliefs were when you lose all you had.
