Napoleon vs Spacehey??

From what i've heard its about An ignoring gore and csam being uploaded and shared on profiles and not banning said profiles, and people moving to Napoleon because it apparently has "better moderation"? why is there such a big dispute? If you do not like this site, you are free to delete your account. Also, i was not checking blogs and wasnt online for about half a year, so i'd be happy if someone explained this in detail.
