i love spring but WHY IS IT SO WARM

i moved like four days ago now... it's really epic, a little scary, and, um, pretty overwhelming to get used to everything new,,, BUT I'M SO HAPPY!! 

anyway! this place is on the second floor, and heat rises up... plus the sun shines right on the side where my windows are,,, which i'm super blessed to have! i know that! but i also vehemently dislike sunlight and heat... as an autistic person who does NOT have proper internal temperature regulation and therefore overheats with the slightest bit of warmth... I'M DYING!!! not literally... but i am constantly SO FREAKING WARM!! HELP ME!!! and i feel faint all the time, or my head hurts because of the heat, and/or nauseaaaaa,,, sighhh!!! pleek!! stop being so warm AUGH --i'm trying to get enough water and stuff but it's so hard to keep up with when it is constantly THIS WARM

on my first day here i had the craziest headache + i nearly threw up because the heat nausea was so bad #heatstrokewarrior!!! genuinely it happens so quickly/easily for me, it's awful.

i do however love spring very much. i love how lush and green it is outside, and especially now that i live in a place that has a good walk route basically right outside my door.

my favorite season is spring but ough i hate the heat
