Kinoko Teikoku is a good band that has a similar vibe imo and i’d recommend their “Eureka” album (and specifically “Yodaka”
SEAPOOL is also a good one but they only have a few EPs before they broke up so there’s not a lot in their discography
MASS OF YHE FERMENTING DREGS is an alt-rock band but they take inspiration from older japanese shoegaze music so i’ll add them as a recommendation as well

Id really recommend Duster. For like album probably stratosphere but their album called Duster is also really good

hmm.. duster's "stratosphere" is a good place to start, then i recommend Low's "I Could Live In Hope"
