I dont care how open or close minded you are, the MOMENT anybody finds out Im trans, suddenly my pronouns are hard and trying to use gendered based language for me is difficult. I fucking HATE being trans and I dont understand why people nowadays want to push the idea that being trans is just a feeling rather than a literal disorder. I do not care. You cannot be trans without dysphoria otherwise you’re a male/female with pronouns that dont match and nobody will ever see you as what you say you are—even yourself. Lock in. Also it’s not every “trans man” but its always a “trans man” that wants to do everything else but be a fucking man; shaving their legs, doing makeup, wearing dresses and having long hair, adhering to the gender norms of their agab while lying to themself saying its gnc cause theyre “a man”. Its both transphobic and misogynistic to do this (i will divulge if anyone asks i love ranting abt this topic) and the least helpful thing to be doing for the trans community. The “infighting” they love to bring up is caused by these “non dysphoric trans masc” women who think transitioning is changing their pronouns in their bio. Now is not the time to be pushing against medical intervention for transitioning and shaming trans men for being masculine—or god forbid hairy. Im just tired of it and tired of having to pretend that everyone is trans bc they said so. This is a daily struggle. I sobbed the other day bc I got called a they and then my coworker said something that was truly just a brain fart moment but it felt very painful to me. I freak tf out if my tape job is slightly too boob like. My sternum is lopsided!! This isnt something I take lightly and its frustrating that the politically correct take is also demeaning.
