Sometimes i show my parents my art but like their reactions are so annoying most of the time bro
All they say is like
"Is that AI?" "Did you generate that with AI?" "You should use AI." "AI makes the process much faster!"
They also like say stuff like
"AI is the future." "I can teach you how to prompt really well."
Literally every dinner
Though I am fine with people having other opinions its just they're shoving it in my face so much its getting annoying
And all i can do about it is smile and nod since they cant handle me having a different opinion
And then they would say stuff like
"How come you dont show me your drawings anymore?"
Why cant they just like hang my art on the fridge or something like that instead of saying how better it would be if i used ai</3

Uggg so sorry to hear. I think i am quite a bit older than you, but my dad LOVES ai and will use it for almost anything uggg. I hope the bubble bursts and we see it less, but the only thing we can do is incorporate it as little in our lives as possible. It does fill me with hope that the younger generation hates it!!!

It’s like they believe everything but the truth.. I keep telling them ai is ruining art, Ai is ruining the planet… they just can’t process those facts

i told them each prompt uses a lot of gallons of water
even my father, who is stubborn, decreased his AI youtube channel consumption
