Why dose this keep happening

It happened again was sleeping and a voice told me "you're in a dream,wake up" and everything went black and I was trying to move and my limbs felt heavy and my eyes wouldn't open and it felt like I was spiraling in the black nothingness only just managed to wake up by breathing through my nose. 

A couple details. The school thing happens again. I was in school and remember I'm actually done and went towards the front office, but this time instead of feeling self conscious I was confident. And the second part was me telling some the name and death date of my Aunt. After saying the day she passed is when I hear the voice. And when I was in the blackness and couldn't open my eyes is another key point I remember that lets me I'm still unconscious.
