I am living in silent hill or just crazy

Very often I hear sirins like when it's getting dark also sometimes at random times a day but I think they are always there in the dark idk I have bad memory the thing is my parents never talked about them and I kind of have a habit of seeing things from the corner of my eye like big explosions or hearing my mom call me when she didn't call me so idk if it's just me or if there are actual sirins
