Vegetarian Week Challenge Day 1

Hey, been a while since I posted. To sum this up, I have an AP Human Geography project involving agriculture. A challenge on the project is to go vegetarian or vegan for a week, so I decided to take that challenge. For a week (1/18 to 1/25) I'm going to be vegetarian and see how it feels. 


Note: Vegetarianism is DIFFERENT from Veganism. Vegetarian simply means to not eat any animal meat, only food from crops and plants (dairy, honey, other byproducts are still fine). Veganism is not eating anything AT ALL that comes from any animals (sadly includes choccy milk).

Day 1 went better than I thought it would. Started the day off with a regular bowl of cereal CHEERIOS ARE A GODSEND ALL HAIL CHEERIOS and first period actually went smoothly from there. Lunch went well too. Just a simple sunflower seed butter sandwich, salad, and a cup of milk. Finally, dinner went well too. Although beef was one of the options, I stopped my cravings and just went for some beans, rice, and spinach. 

Currently, I'm finishing this up while eating a small bowl of oatmeal. Overall, I'm actually kind of looking forward to this diet. Looks different and definitely looks like it could change something. Until tomorrow m8s.
