VOICE ACTING STORY!!

I'm currently getting into voice acting and the sort of weirdest thing that happened to me just a couple of seconds ago.

So I've been auditioning for a lot of roles. I mean, more like taking note of ones I should audition for and leave them to rot on my phone. 

But lets leave that behind.

So today, I get a message from a person on discord who I do not recognise and they were talking about some shit like "Will you buy some girl scout cookies" (I'm joking, they were asking if i'd be interested in their friends project.). And I said sure.

The accepting part isn't the weird part, it's the fact that this random girl who has no mutual servers with me just pulled up in my DMS. And I asked them.

"Hey, I was just wondering where'd you find me?" And they said they got a recommendation from another person. So I tried finding them in every voice acting server I was In and they were in none. Which leads me to believe I go recommended to the person who recommended me to the person I was talking to.

I know it's a lot so here's a diagram:

My audition in a server-->Person find it interesting so they refer to a friend-->Friend refers to a friend-->friend refers to a friend (the girl who dm'ed me)-->Refers to owner of project.

It could possible be longer but who knows.
