It's a 3-day weekend for me here in Italy and I was very much looking forward to it! I think I've reached a very happy pocket in the school year where I am able to glide with the constant flow of exams. I'm working my ass off and rewarding myself with many little crafty side projects, and I couldn't be more proud. I think I'm also becoming a workaholic because the days where I can just laze around I feel like the actual scum of the earth? My mom says it's the catholic guilt, lol.

In case you didn't know (I don't actually post about this much), I've been making miniature dollhouses since I was about 11 years old. I put it down for a year or two because I just lost interest, but now I'm super into it again and can visibly see the progress I'm making. I still love writing my comic books, but they take a lot of brain power, and on weeks where my mind is full of exams, I prefer working on these miniatures instead. I'll def post pics of my whole collection someday! 

I watched Bulletproof Monk with my mom, years have passed since I randomly caught it on cable once but it always stuck with me. I bought the comic a while back, but it's in Italian and it's quite hard for me. I should get around to it. It's a great movie, it's not the most complex thing ever but it's really funny, has a charming cast of characters, and pretty good lessons. I'm absolutely a die-hard Chow Yun-fat fan now. 

Tomorrow I'm going to an outdoor market (vintage, I think?) and I'm sooo freaking excited. I could go wild buying dolls, CDs and books for cheap. Tonight though, I have a book to read for school that I tried desperately to pirate but ultimately had to buy the audiobook, because any other ebook transaction would. not. function. I'll listen to it and take notes while working on my latest dollhouse.
