Hello! I haven't made a post in a while and wanted to start today by just sharing some games that I enjoy and that others might too! (I mostly play FPS, role-playing, and single-player action games)
Luckrot - Holy moly, I recently found this game yesterday for its release and its gotta be the most fun arena/fast-paced shooter I've played in a while. It's like if Ultrakill met Cruelty Squad with solid movement, and with a cheap price tag of 5 dollars (yes, 5 DOLLERY DOOS) its well worth anyone's time
Tower Unite - Social mini-game based game where its got elements of the sims and hangout places (think VRchat but more focused on and refined games). been a veteran since the game originally started out as gmod gamemode back in 2014 (damn I'm old). may not be for everyone but if you enjoy socializing with others while bowling listening to Vylet Pony in the backround on a tv then it may be for you.
Pigface - Hotline Miami meets Manhunt, playing as a killer who is tasked to infiltrate and take out people with construction tools and modified guns. This game is incredibly fun to just turn your brain off and have some fun blowing brains out with a silenced shotgun while kicking people in the face. the games story is still in development as its early access so its a bit short, but the replayability with different playstyles is well worth it
White Knuckle - this game is HARD. if you are looking for rogue like game where you make jumps across chasms and keep climbing up to avoid death while multitasking your items give this game a look.
Echo Point Nova - my god this game is good looking, insane movement with nice guns shooting enemies while doing tricks on a hoverboard is dopamining to the maxx. Huge open world set on floating islands where you play as a robot going around fighting bosses (very similar to Legend of Zelda, specifically Breath of The Wild) while obtaining upgrades found within the world. Insane game that I think everybody should look into
Another Crab's Treasure - If there was one game that made me cry it was this one, the message and humor is top notch and the characters are incredibly great. Dark Souls combat isn't for everyone (there are accessibilty settings to make it more hack n slash gamey and easier gameplay) but if you can look past that aspect, your in for one of the best story games of the past century
Metal Hellsinger - If you like boomer shooters then this one is up your alley. Fight demons with rhythm action shooting weapons to the beat while avoiding attack patterns. Think DOOM (2016) with a rhythm game with soundtracks from Paramore.
Lunacid - Oh my god I love this game. If there's nothing else you can take from this list AT LEAST check out this game. This game was such a hidden gem and I enjoyed it so much I played through it multiple times. Heavy inspo from King's Field in a desolate time period where a fog is killing people, and you have to find a way out of the underground. multiple classes, lots of creepy enemies, very fun weapons, tons of secrets, and the soundtrack is top notch. If you have burning curiosity to explore a ruined place and uncover what happened, PLEASE look into this game.
that ends the list! (at least for now) I know I didn't explain some of these games to the best of my ability but I wanted to at least put out some of these names on a niche internet website where someone would enjoy some games, until next time!
