Tomodachi Life 2 update from my island!!

Welcome one and all to another virtual paper with words on it. Last time I wrote about Tomodachi Life, it was about the demo. If you haven’t read it, well you can always read it, its still up on my website and on here as well or I can always do a TLDR type of thing here, which I will now. TLDR basically, I shared my thoughts on how faithful the demo was to the original demo from the 3DS era and on how much is already improved in the game. But now since it has been a few weeks now I can give an update about the full game!

Well for one, there is a lot more things to do than how the original was back then. But only 1 glaring issue, at least from my experience on how the mii interact with one another. And thats kinda the problem, they rarely do somewhat. Back on the 3DS, when two miis meet, they’ll want to become friends fast, but with here, they love to take their sweet him with being friend. Its goes faster when miis become lovers than they do friends, again at least from my experience.

Another glaring issue, is the lack of a concert hall. I’m optimistic and hoping that in a future update they’ll bring it back so we can have longer songs than how it was back on the original, but so far is just me hoping. Yeah the drawing is fun and all but even then that can be a bit overwhelming when I’m given charge of creating new things to put on my island, so far I only have about 37 miis on my island, and so far everyone seems to be getting along, though thats also a bit of a problem.

Back on my 3DS island, everyday I got on to check on the miis, everyone would be pissed as each other, and honestly, I kinda miss that, at first I found it annoying but now I kinda miss it. Another thing, babies in the game. I can’t help my miis take care of their off-spring like how it was on the 3DS. Back on the 3DS, we were allowed to help our miis to take care of their kids, but now its just a cutscene of the kid mii growing. As annoying as that rocking mini game was back on the 3DS, I feel like I took it for granted, now I kinda want it back.

This isn’t a blog talking about how good the original was, farr from that. I love this game and I think Living the Dream is actually a wayy better game than the original, but I just wish I could have all the cool and wacky stuff from the original onto this one, but at least a little different.

But thats enough about the game itself, whats going on my island? Well so far, again I added around 37 miis on the island and everyone seems to be getting long. How ever they really like to put a bunch of shit of looks nice but in the wrong places. Literally we have flower beds and bells on the freakin side walk, and everytime they ask its always going to be something they wanna put and I’d have to fix it. But so far my island is around level 156, yah, this game took a bunch of my time, time I could of put towards my college education, but like nahhhh.

So far I seem to have unlocked everything from the wishing fountain, and I still have yet unlock everything, and honestly I still need to add more miis, but I ran out of idea of what miis to add. I tried to add some from the Tomodachi share site, but the drawings on there are amazing but too detailed for my skill level of drawing, so I just avoided that part of the share site. And only about 3 couples are married I believe, I decided to fill in space and just add my IRL self into the island. No way there was going to be more miis I would be able to add without trying to. I already added some friends online, but now I just need to fill in space. But anyway, so far only two married families actually had kids and now their getting their own relationships which is great!

I guess thats all I can say about the island, I can try to update y’all as soon as I get more time into the game, especially since the semester is almost over. So maybe y’all can possibly get your miis onto my island! Maybe maybe, who knows, I don’t :P

I can also say how annoying getting pictures from my switch is? Its really annoying how I always have to turn it off and take out the sd card just so I can get the photos, why can’t I just have it sent to my phoneee!
