TurboGrafx-16 / PC Engine [EN]

a few days ago, i discovered the TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine and installed an emulator for the console along with a few games on my Wii, and i have to say i’m really impressed—especially as a longtime NES fan. it has a very solid game library, at least when it comes to the original japanese version, with a wide variety of shoot ’em ups as well.

the console is more powerful than the NES and the Master System. it’s a real shame that it had a terrible, lackluster marketing campaign and a delayed launch in north america, forcing it to compete with the Sega Genesis.

i’m going to give the games a real shot from now on. i was thinking of putting those games on my NES Classic too after discovering that it was possible, but unfortunately i don’t have a PC :')
