Serotonin syndrome is NOT very fun

Has anyone else gone through serotonin syndrome? I recently had a major scare and literally felt like I was dying. I’ve messed around w/ recreational stuff before, but I mixed fluoxetine w/ sertraline plus some drinks and ended up in the hospital.

It was honestly terrifying and way more intense than I expected. If anyone has been through something similar, feel free to share your experience below
