Can't wait for the weekend re: worldbuilding

I can't wait for the weekend to finally do some oc / worldbuilding things again, I've already spent almost all of last sunday on it as well. 

I do want to say though that I did learn some stuff too, although I've been doing this for years at this point. 

Astrology helps a lot, although I don't believe in it, it can help a lot by narrowing down traits. I use it for fictional nations as well, input the date of their creation (and a time that feels like their vibe) and bam •ᴗ•. I usually take the big three (star sign, moon sign and ascendent) to figure out how the culture is as well. It can help a lot to not get stuck on doing similar cultures, since knowing this helps a lot with what style of public holidays to make, what groups have (dis-)advantages in the society, what the politics might look like and so on. It does help a lot lol. I do however get stuck on the other political things needed, like coming up with political parties (if it has them), political oppositions, ngos ... (╥‸╥)

I really enjoy doing this though, although most (if not all) of it will never see the light of day because I am simply not ready to share my projects yet (•˕ •マ
