MALICE MIZER IS A PRETTY GOOD BAND CHECK EM OUT (if you like rock/jrock, and other blended genres)
I was gonna make a Madeth Gray'll appreciation and recommendation post but since I'm still checking them out I thought I might as well yap about Malice Mizer real quick- (madeth post coming soon!!!!)
(I'm not gonna go through a whole history lesson, you can just google em in 5 seconds) But basically; Active 1992-2001, had 3 different singers (which are also classified into eras, I'll get into that), explore a wide range of music styles and genres, and have pretty cool visuals!
They're one of my favorite bands, and if you wanna check em out here's some links to some I picked out!!! They got some cool classical influences and have a wide range of music (I'll post a comment of some links of their random bossa nova stuff)
-Tetsu Era (if you like dramatic and expressive vocals, goth rock, rock)-
SADNESS ~I know the reason for her sadness~ -goth rock, melancholic (not the highest quality audio)SPEED OF DESPERATE -rock, more upbeat
Ēge umi ni sasagu -more chill
Baroque -I'd say this is like a rock ballad
-Gackt Era (if you like rock, synthpop, pop and that stuff)-
Shi no Butou -rock (ballad?) this one is really fun and the lyrics are awesome
Ma Chérie -fun upbeat pop song
Bel Air -rock influenced
aegen -alternate version of Ēge umi ni sasagu
Gekka no Yasoukyoku -art thing idk even how to describe this but it's fun!
-Klaha Era (if you like deeper gothic music and goth rock)-
Shiroi Hada ni kuruu Ai to Kanashimi no Rondo -goth rock
Kyomu no naka de no Yuugi -gothic synthpop
Mayonaka ni kawashita Yakusoku -gothic
Gardenia -rock/classical
Beast of Blood -gothic metal/synth something (im sorry guys idk how to correctly define genres)
