I need motivation to for real take the gym serious this summer. I always end up going to the gym around this time but I always give up. I think I get embarrassed because I feel out of place or I just don't know how to work out properly. and guys what are some good workouts you recommend if anyone sees this I want to try new things

You need a good Spotify/ytmusic/whatever you use playlist!!!
At least for me, if my playlist isn't good Im not motivated
