Do people seriously forget plus-sized people exist?

Sometimes when I am on social media I get content of plus-sized people doing their thing like showing off their outfits or crafts and stuff, but I always see those stupid ass backhanded compliments that are like "Healthy Body btw!" or comments talking about how they enjoy seeing plus sized people online, or even hateful ass shit about their body , AND THE VIDEO IS MOST OF THE TIME NOT EVEN ABOUT BEING PLUS SIZED

Like I seriously wonder if people just don't remember that they do exist because of the algorithm notoriously prioritizing those who fit the beauty standards, or that we got so used to comparing Victoria Secret models from 2005 with people today, or people never leave their rooms, cus everyday when I go out to get a coffee or ride my bike I do see plus sized people! Hell even I myself am plus sized! Like why do people act like Plus-Sized bodies are the most rarest shit to ever come across? Like I get it if obesity is just not as common in your area as it is in mine but cmon.
