If you choose that career, you probably won't succeed. It seems to be a favorite phrase of parents and society; they only tell you the cons of a career, never the pros. They always say, "If you choose this career, you probably won't succeed," instead of, "If you choose that career, you probably will succeed." I have a very clear goal for what I want in my life. I don't believe in luck, only in effort. My parents support me in what I want, but I think about people whose dreams are thwarted by society, the economy, family—many reasons. Perhaps my biggest fear is failing in my future, but it's not going to happen. And a message to the dreamers: please follow your goals, don't let other people thwart your dreams, live your life happily even in misfortune, cry even in happiness—it's part of being human. Work hard for a future you love, not one you hate. I love you all, take care.

i feel like people in general always kind of default to negative sadly, call it an instinct left over from our hunter-gatherer ancestors of trying to prepare for the worst case scenario. HOWEVER, i have also been a dreamer who has walked to the beat of my own path, and i wouldn't recommend anything else. in the end, the life you live will be yours, and you will have to live with it for a loooong time. good luck with your goal~!
