WHY WONT MY PROFILE PICTURE WORK !!!!!!!!! i tried changing my pfp and it didnt work so i just dont have a pfp now is it doing that for anyone else ?????
anywayyyy for the past two weeks we’ve done state testing and its made me SUPER tired plus i started my period AAUUH
and not too long ago i just felt kinda mentally dark or unstable sometimes and i have multiple inner monologues that argue a lot and it makes me stressed and when its dark in my house usually at night i get really paranoid when im stressed like ill turn around at any sound of movement and ill run up my stairs because i feel like somethings gonna chase me is that a bad thing
buttt i did get this super cool space projector that projects stars and other things onto my ceiling and it brings me a lotta comfort (˶ᵔᴗᵔ˶) and i got my nails done so i cant pick at them or scratch myself with them yaaayy
from what it looks like ive been doing better !!!!! maybe i just feel worse bc im on my period that happens a lot
