A visual novel the world needs

We need a visual novel in the otome style. But the main character is an older employee at a steel mill/office in Western Europe, and he has his own group of male friends who are other employees, but they’re sort of like dilf tsunderes, danderes, yanderes, and other personality types similar to anime women, and they combine the interests or various traits of millennials (like fishing, some weird YouTube podcasts, hatred of zoomers, things like that, workaholism, maybe some stereotypes). Then, a newer employee joins the team. And the game revolves around situations and life in the workplace, with various scenarios like a power outage, the boss delaying paychecks, conversations and discussions about silly things, or occasionally hanging out with someone on the weekends.

The main thing is that the protagonist the player controls is grumpy and a bit mean, which is why it will sometimes be hard to tell which choices might lead to romance, because everything sounds too toxic.

The story takes place in the fictional West-Eastern Slavic country of Zhrudlovia. It is a small country by the sea, where everyone is a bit melancholic, and it is a post-Soviet region. The game is set at the GORSTALPOLUK-K962 plant, which produces steel and cast parts for other industries.

• The main character is Radogoj Moroslav.He is 53 years old, of average height, with short dark hair. He is a UDT operator and has been working here for 10 years. He is divorced and has no children. He is a rather rough guy who swears a lot, but he’s a man of action rather than words. He has a hard time understanding emotions, doesn’t get jokes (except for toilet humor, more or less), considers sentimentality and tenderness to be weaknesses, and exhibits toxic masculinity. But he also has a hard time expressing his emotions.
• His best friend is Peresvet Noch, 46 years old. He’s cheerful, active, blond, short, and loves going to the gym; he’s into a healthy lifestyle and encourages his friends to eat well. Welders. He is very empathetic, but also very superstitious and sees secret signs in small details; he is an agnostic. He also adores AI. In the past, he said that NFTs would change the world.
• Their friend is Sverog Dlinovlas, 52 years old. He has red hair; he is the tallest, most elegant, and has beautiful cheekbones and a long nose. He works on the paint line. His hair is actually long, but he hides it under a hard hat. He smiles constantly, like the Mona Lisa, and displays obvious passive aggression; he rejects anything even remotely modern and has a condescending tone that is extremely infuriating.
• Also, there’s a newcomer25-year-old Tretyak Usladovich, a young and likable guy. He doesn’t understand a lot of things and is frankly afraid of his colleagues, but he tries to be friendly and keep his cool. The storekeeper. At first, everyone thinks he’s stupid, sees him as inferior, and no one takes him seriously. But then, his friends start defending him, treat him like a son, and are ready to kill to protect Tretyak.
