Consciousness

Honestly, I’ve been thinking about the idea of being a conscious human being for quite awhile. Everyone has their whole life, their problems, their future, their aspirations and dreams all without some people even aware of their existence. The idea is hard for me to wrap around my head. Then again, I could completely make myself believe that I am the only “real” person to exist, that I am truly alone. I have no way to disprove this idea because I can’t go up to someone and reliably be able to prove their conscious with questions/actions for them to do. It’s just… impossible. What are your thoughts?
