Can we just talk about how hard it is to get a job nowadays if you don't have any experience?

How am I supposed to get a experience as a store associate if no one will hire me? A lot of the times the application is online, and going inside the store never works. When you go inside the store, they tell you to file for the application online; Just to get back to you MONTHS later to tell you that they're not hiring for that position anymore. When you try to annoy them and ask for an update on your application, they tell you they're not hiring anymore or you don't have enough experience. How the fuck am I supposed to get it then?

I hate when jobs act like they're trying to hire people when they're not. Colleges try to host job fairs so much just for the managers in the BOOTH to tell you that they're not hiring. What the fuck are you there for then?
