So, I’m thinking about starting to work out. Ngl, I’ve literally never done anything fitness-related in my life besides walking a lot and just basic daily stuff, nothing crazy.
But I’m lowkey curious now and obviously want to glow up and get healthy. Do y’all recommend hitting a proper gym or should I just start w/ some home workouts?

Depends on how confident you are but generally I'd say start with home workouts unless there's specific equipment you want/need.
