i have a sudden loss of appetite and im so sad bro!!! my family got a pizza and we STRICTLY get under 8 takeaways per year because my mam is so obsessed with dieting (this kinda upsets me so dont joke about it) Anyway, today we got a huge pizza, chips and chicken for my older sisters birthday and i ate a bit of pizza, a few chips and one chicken thing. im sad i couldnt eat alot but i guess its whatever... theyre going to have cake soon and the thought of eating anymore makes me sick

I don’t think you’re missing out too much on cake, a lot of store bought cakes tend to feel waxy and overly sweet regardless of appetite, I’m sorry you don’t feel well, I hope they’ll be a time you’ll be able to eat the things you want when you please and not be restricted by someone else’s diet.
